  • Step 3 — Book Your Ride!

    • Via the app: Select pick-up and drop-off locations within the service zone.
    • Enter the time you want to ride.
    • Choose the correct passenger type. While same-day reservations are available, we recommend booking 48 hours in advance for best availability.
    • Bolt accepts TAP cards or credit cards.

    Note: One TAP card per person. If using TAP, please add Store Value. Learn more at TAP — Transit Access Pass.

    No surge pricing! Bolt fares stay the same all day — even during peak hours.

  • Step 4 — Buckle Up & Enjoy Your Ride!

    A Bolt-branded van will meet you at your selected pick-up location within the service area.
