SERVICE ALERT: Lines 1X and 2

Service Alert Banner

All bus stops between Redondo Beach Blvd. and Artesia Blvd. on Western Ave (both northbound and southbound) for Lines 1X and 2 will be closed due to the Railroad Improvement Project.

Closure Period: Starting at 10:00PM on February 28th and it is planned to resume on March 3rd. at 5:00AM.

    Upcoming Service Changes (October 12, 2025)

    Effective October 12, 2025, GTrans will adopt system service changes to meet customer demand and improve service reliability. Line 2 – Adjustments to Weekday Running Times GTrans will adopt minor schedule adjustments during weekdays in an effort to improve on-time performance and overall service. Line 2 operates every 15 minutes, replacing the previous 20-minute frequency. Read more…

    Revised 9.11.25 NOTE: The detour at Redondo Beach Blvd / Gardena Blvd has been temporarily lifted. Buses and traffic are currently able to travel through the area.
