Beginning February 3, 2026 customers will be asked to complete an additional verification step when logging in to the Bolt Powered by GTrans app. This extra step confirms the user’s identity and helps prevent unauthorized access.
Two-step verification adds an extra layer of security, making it harder for others to access customer accounts.
No action is required before February 3.
After the update begins, customers should follow the on-screen instructions when logging in.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the Bolt Powered by GTrans team at (310)965-8848.
