GTrans Offering Free Rides on January 15

GTrans is proud to celebrate 85 incredible years of service on Wednesday, January 15, 2025! To show our appreciation, we’re offering free rides to all customers on this special day.

This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our loyal riders and the vibrant South Bay community we are honored to serve. Thank you for choosing GTrans as your preferred ride, helping us connect neighborhoods and people for nearly a century.

    Adjustments to Line 7X Service

    GTrans currently operates Line 7X between the Harbor Gateway Transit Center Park & Ride and SoFi Stadium every Sunday.     Effective Sunday, July 19, 2026, GTrans will adopt system service changes to meet customer demand and improve service reliability.     Now Accepting Contactless Payment

    Riding GTrans is about to become even easier.  What’s New? Regular fare customers on GTrans can now pay fare simply by tapping a credit or debit card — physical or digital — at TAP validators on buses. Credit and debit cards also now work to pay bus fare on 25 other local transit agencies that participate in TAP.
